By accessing and placing an order with Feminista Club, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained in these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.

2. Products & Pricing

Product Information

  • All sarees sold with unstitched blouse pieces (0.8m)
  • Product images are for reference only
  • Slight color variations may occur due to screen settings

Pricing

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Discounts and offers are at our discretion

3. Orders & Payment

Order Acceptance

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order
  • Orders are subject to product availability
  • Order confirmation will be sent via email

Payment Methods

  • Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Digital Wallets, Cash on Delivery (select locations)
  • All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways
  • We do not store complete card details

4. Shipping & Delivery

Free shipping across India

  • Metro cities: 3-5 business days
  • Other cities: 5-7 business days
  • Remote areas: 7-10 business days
  • Delivery requires signature
  • 2-3 delivery attempts will be made

5. Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

  • 7-day return window from delivery date
  • Unboxing video MANDATORY for all returns
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact
  • No exchanges - returns only
  • Return shipping costs borne by customer (except defective items)

Refund Process

  • Refund processed within 5-7 business days after receiving returned item
  • Amount credited to original payment method
  • Bank processing may take additional 2-3 days
